What support does GeoRit Home Care Services provide?From the moment you submit your application, GeoRit Home Care Services will ensure that you are fully supported with frequent communication and updates each week until a carer has been placed. Once you have hired the carer, the support does not stop there. Our team will keep in regular contact with you and the carer(s) to find out how everything is going. You can call us anytime and we will strive to resolve any issues that you may have.

How do you charge for your services?All our charges are based on time (hours, days or nights care).

Is there a trial period for your services?Yes. We provide a 2 week trial period for all our services.

What happens if things don't work out with the carer assigned to me?If a carer terminates, or the Client terminates employment within 2 weeks of the specified date upon which such carer commenced work with the Client, we will findreplacement at no extra cost to the Client. If this is unsuccessful in finding a replacement, GeoRit Home Care Services will pay the Client a refund.
